ACCESS Plus is for recipients who get their health care through the ACCESS/EBT card. ACCESS Plus Enrollees will receive all medically necessary services for which they are currently eligible for through their medical assistance benefits. ACCESS Plus will offer enrollees two additional services – case management and disease management.

Enrollees of ACCESS Plus have:
- A Primary Care Provider (PCP).
- A doctor or clinic you can reach 24 hours a day.
- Help making appointments.
- Disease management for chronic diseases (Asthma, Diabetes, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Coronary Artery Disease and Congestive Heart Failure). Participation in Disease Management is voluntary.
- EPSDT – free check-ups for kids, teens and young adults (birth through age 20).
- A toll-free Helpline (a free call)

TTY Hearing Impaired Service (1-800-654-5984) is available for those who are deaf, hard-of-hearing or speech disabled.
