ACCESS Plus Program Regional Advisory Committees Mission

The mission of the Regional Advisory Committees (RACs) is:

  • To be the eyes, ears and voice of people served by the ACCESS Plus program for the Department of Public Welfare
  • To provide a place for ACCESS Plus consumers and providers to raise issues and concerns about the program, and
  • To promote the exchange of ideas between ACCESS Plus consumers, providers, and interested public and private sector organizations
